Secuoya Content Group Participates in Conference on Communication in Occupational Risk Prevention

Antonio Ramos, Human Resources Director, emphasized the need for clear and tailored communication to effectively convey messages

Antonio Ramos, Human Resources Director at Secuoya Content Group, took part in the Conference on Communication in Occupational Risk Prevention organized by the Andalusian Regional Government through the Occupational Risk Prevention Center of Málaga. The event, focused on how communication contributes to building a culture of prevention, brought together various experts and industry representatives.

During his presentation, Antonio discussed the current challenges of communicating effectively in work environments overloaded with information and distractions. He pointed out that lack of attention, low concentration capacity, and daily exposure to a multitude of messages especially hinder the communication of crucial topics such as Occupational Risk Prevention.

He shared insights into his work at Secuoya Content Group, highlighting efforts to mitigate some of the most common issues faced by professionals in the audiovisual sector, such as information overload, multitasking across multiple screens, and the overwhelming volume of corporate messages, all of which make truly effective communication difficult.

To ensure that messages are internalized, he stressed the importance of adopting new communication models that align with today’s habits: “The digital era calls for visual and concise communication strategies, interactive campaigns, and accessible content. We must take advantage of informal channels like WhatsApp or social media to better connect with employees, improving message delivery and helping them retain information,” stated Antonio Ramos.

The conference also featured contributions from other speakers representing organizations such as Prevycontrol, Fraternidad-Muprespa, Scalpers, Grupo Faccsa-Prolongo, Coexphal, Valeo España, Grupo ANP, and Mieses Global, who agreed on the urgent need to transform communication around occupational risk prevention in the workplace.
