He received the recognition from three student representatives of the graduating class
Raúl Berdonés, Executive Chairman of Secuoya Content Group, was the patron of the graduation ceremony at EAE Business School Madrid, which took place yesterday at the Madrid Arena. More than 2,000 MBA and master’s students from the School—part of the Planeta Formación y Universidades higher education network—graduated at an event that brought together over 6,000 people to celebrate the students’ hard work and dedication.
During his speech, Berdonés shared some advice with the new graduates: “If there’s one thing I’ve learned over the years, it’s that the key to growth—both personal and professional—lies in four pillars: vision, perseverance, passion, and teamwork.”
He added, “Vision allows you to look beyond the short term, to imagine what doesn’t yet exist, and to build with purpose. Without vision, you can walk… but you won’t move forward. Perseverance is what makes the difference between those who start and those who finish. We can all have a great idea, but only those who persist and get back up again and again manage to turn it into reality.”
To conclude his speech, he emphasized that “success is not measured only by what you achieve, but by how you achieve it—by the impact you have on others, the mark you leave on your environment, and the values you stand for.” He encouraged the young graduates to look to the future with determination.
Raúl Berdonés was also one of the awardees during the ceremony, receiving recognition from three student representatives of the class he sponsored. Throughout the event, various distinctions were also awarded to outstanding students of the 2024–2025 class.
