Raúl Berdonés, executive president of Secuoya Content Group, has been honored with the Andalusian Talent Award, a distinction granted by the Junta de Andalucía to recognize the achievements and contributions of outstanding personalities from the region. The president of the Junta de Andalucía, Juanma Moreno, presented the award to the businessman from Granada in a ceremony held on Monday, March 31, at the Teatros del Canal in Madrid.
This award highlights Raúl Berdonés‘ dedication and entrepreneurial drive in founding Secuoya Content Group. “We recognize Raúl Berdonés’ perseverance and determination to succeed. As a young man from La Chana (Granada), he risked everything to carve out a space in the television business and has achieved it, proving that where there is a will, there is a way. Raúl Berdonés is an inspiration to all young Andalusian entrepreneurs”, stated Juanma Moreno.

His leadership of the Spanish company, headquartered in Granada, has been instrumental in the evolution of the industry, driving the production of innovative content and the internationalization of Spanish talent.
Moreover, his ability to develop new business strategies has been crucial in strengthening the group’s position. These and other achievements have been key in earning him this award, recognizing him as one of the most influential Andalusians in the professional sphere. Additionally, he has been a driving force behind Madrid Content City, the largest audiovisual hub in the European Union.
Other awardees include singer Lola Índigo, television host Roberto Leal, Spanish Red Cross president María del Mar Pageo, Malasmadres Club founder Laura Baena, and flamenco-pop singer-songwriter Francisco Javier Labandón, known as ‘El Arrebato’.
